These words describe the "Cargill Experience". These attributes were found in every person we worked with throughout the project. The values and professionalism exemplified by the Cargill's everyday run directly to all the subcontractors on the team. We have never worked with a more honest, hard working and NICE group of people. Everyone, EVERYONE, took pride in their piece of the project and always took the time to answer any of our questions and really listen to what we were trying to accomplish in building our home.

Dear Bill: I wanted to drop you a note to let you know how much we love our new home! This was the first time that Alanna and I had tried to build a home and we were a bit apprehensive when we started the process. We had heard nothing but horror stories about contractors that run over budget, leave before the work is done and generally don't listen to the customer. Further adding to our anxiety was the reality that we were remote from this build and would be unable to monitor the progress of the construction on a regular basis. Now that we have completed the process, I have to say that our experience with Cargill during the construction has been exceptional. From the initial meeting with you, we felt like we were with the right company. Your experience in building homes in the mountain region, and this development in particular, was apparent from the start. Roger did a great job putting our vision on paper, maximizing the use of the lot despite its limitations. We also were happy with the guidance Therese gave as we picked out cabinets, tiles and countertops. She helped us to pull everything together.

A special thanks to Liam. He was fantastic throughout the entire process. He listened to our ideas and gave his opinion when we were struggling to figure out what would work best. We were very impressed with his insights and guidance and , while we adopted a lot of his suggestions, he was also very supportive when we wanted to move in a different direction. He dealt with outside vendors as if the house he was building was his own, while also never forgetting that he was working for us.

Now that we are done, we have to say that the finished product exceeded our expectations in every way. we have a beautiful new home that we can fill with family and friends. We look forward to creating memories there for years to come. Thanks for your professionalism and dedication to our vision.

The "team" was with us every step of the way starting from reviewing the initial drawings, developing the kitchen and bathroom layout and design, weekly on-site walkthroughs and making finish selections. We felt as if we had a partner guiding us through each phase of the process. Any issue was addressed and resolved without fanfare. The workmanship was top-notch and the attention to quality and detail was superb. The team was great at leveraging their wealth of experience and offering us suggestions that resulted in better final product!

As an out of state client, communication was key - through face to face meetings, e-mails and project updates we always knew where we were in the project and where we had to go next. There was full transparency throughout the project with no surprises. The team's flexibility in working around our schedule was very helpful and much appreciated, always making themselves available, even on weekends.

Overall we could not be more pleased with both the "Cargill Experience" and the finished product. The quality of our home matches the quality of the team who built it.....OUTSTANDING!

Our family will enjoy the home for years to come! Your team is very professional and consistently provides outstanding service. This starts with Liam Cargill, project manager for our construction process. It was a pleasure working with Liam. Right from the start, he earned our complete confidence in his capabilities, judgment, and trust. His partnership and consultative style proved very effective in helping us think through key decisions and ensuring everything was done correctly and on time. He recruits quality sub-contractors and holds them accountable for delivering top-notch work. Liam is never shy in sharing his ideas and suggestions, but does so in the interest of adding value to our home and in consideration of our budget. Most importantly for us, Liam brings integrity and passion to his work every day. We also want to acknowledge Therese Cargill's support during the process. In particular, her help with our tile, cabinet and kitchen designs and selections was extremely helpful. Her expertise and advice were critical in helping us through what could have been an overwhelming process. We also want to highlight the confidence we had in her judgment in selecting our granite counter tops for us during our absence. In addition, we want to thank you for your overall consultation as well as Roger Pedigo for his objective perspectives in the early phases of the process.
